Nearly four years ago, we happened upon each other at a dinner with family and friends in Houston, Texas. We didn’t know each other at that dinner, but it would eventually turn out what we both consider to be the best dinner of our lives.

Since that dinner, we’ve toiled together through some of the best and worst of times, but always to find that at the end of the day, we had each other. Throughout the years, our love for each other has grown as has our friendship; it’s a nice feeling to know that you are also marrying your best friend!

We currently reside together in Houston, Texas—but Jess never strays far from her Colorado roots—and are looking to purchase just purchased our first home in the Houston Heights. And before you all start asking us about the pitter-patter of little feet, our first priority post-marriage is adopting a dog!
